  Terrible customer service, had a saddle of mine for a year and sold a saddle at a significantly lower price than was advised by saddler I should receive. I had to chase them for updates on the saddle three times and they never reply to emails first time, and didn’t bother to notify me when it was sold, I chased them to finally retrieve my saddle as I was fed up with them and was told It was sold a month previously, and they then had to be chased yet again to send the cheque to me. Don’t touch with a barge pole.
